Notification merge field improvements

Currently when setting up Notifications in the system such as interview feedback or vacancies due to expire we only have access to one merge field which is [ContentList], however when setting up Move to folder notification it has merge fields that are updated for a single vacancy such as Vacancy ID, URL, and title.

can we have these merge fields available on all notifications instead of just Content List, I have had this request from a few clients.
