Allow Clients to be able to make changes to the on-boarding portal via an interface

It would be greatly beneficial if Clients could have the ability to make content and design amendments to the on-boarding portal pages without having to send a request to the Networx design team. This would help to speed up the process of getting changes / amendments added to the on-boarding portal screens.
