Ability to determine order of onboading tasks per client

As a user, it would be beneficial to determine the order of my onboarding tasks.

E.G DocuSign & Referencing are more important as I cannot proceed with their offer until I have these tasks completed however I can wait for New Colleague Form, Health Questionnaire etc..

Currently it's hardcoded for DocuSign to appear first and always referencing last and ignores the order within offer tasks but for companies where they have to check references before they can officially mark them as hired, it would be better to determine their preferred order of tasks.
