Ability to change onboarding documents in a preferred order rather than alphabetical.

Currently, if I were to upload a document called Offer Letter into onboarding documents, I cannot move the document up in onboarding documents any higher than O in the list of documents (as it goes in alphabetical order.)

It would be better because most offer letters, clients will want to be the first Onboarding Document they read.

The Move Up / Move Down actions are also quite a pain to use, I think drag and drop would be more inline with rest of the system.
