fields that are linked don't update if edited later

Setting config OFFERFORM_STARTDATE_FIELD with the offer form question ID for Start Date means the user answers Start Date in the offer form and the date entered auto populates Employment Start Date (top left of offer overview).

However, if Start Date is edited later, the new date doesn't auto update to Employment Start Date. This means the date passed to Cascade is wrong. The user has to remember to edit Start Date AND Employment Start Date ONLY if editing. There is no help text to advise of this on screen and it isn't part of any training. This is not a good user experience when 2 places don't need answering when you initially complete the form but do IF editing.

Request is: Employment Start Date to auto update every time the associated field set in OFFERFORM_STARTDATE_FIELD is updated.
