Bulk Import Shortlisting Criteria to speed up the process

As a user currently you can't bulk copy and paste shortlisting criteria, each one needs to manually copy and pasted and a score set, at shortlisting stage this can become time consuming as there will be at least 5 or more bits of essential criteria to copy and paste in depending on the client.

Sometimes more. We have multiple bulk imports within the system look ups, users etc... it would useful to have this built in too.
