Applicant Scoring and Panel Sift allows scoring to be marked as complete without candidates being marked to interview or to decline.
This is a recurring issue on Support Tickets (approx 1 a day) where Service Desk just advise to re-open scoring and select candidates to interview/create shortlist.
Should think it would reduce tickets and improve user knowledge if something were put in place to prevent "scoring complete" being clicked until a shortlist has been created ie a popup advising no shortlist created.
