When importing a large lookup, system gives message
'Due to the size and/or complexity of the file you have uploaded, the import has been scheduled for this lookup. This is likely to take a few minutes, but if you are experiencing issues or the data has not updated within 30 minutes, please raise a service desk ticket.'
Would be good to have a notification that is sent when lookup is complete, as currently there is no way to check this is done without exporting the lookup/counting the rows
