tool tip needed in Users

when in Users searching for a user, please can there be a popup/tool tip if the search returns no results - this should suggest the person slides Active off or No Group Assigned on or a combination of both and then search. Service Desk must suggest this at least once a day in tickets - would be helpful to cut these types of tickets out or right down.

Client user - "I am unable to find **** in order to change his structure access. This is stopping him form being able to see reqs."

Service Desk reply - "Please slide on No Group Assigned and search. Please edit the found profile as required".
