When rejecting an auth, it would be great if the notes box could be made mandatory. This would allow faster rectification of rejected roles, where the process can be contained within the system rather than meaning managers have to chase down approvers to ask why their roles were rejected. This was requested by Cox Automotive, but has also been raised by other clients in the past.
Just to add onto this I think this should be available for Place on Hold also.
I think if we could have rejection reasons similar to how we have Decline Reasons with the ability for these reasons to be included within the email templates should the Manager.
