New Nav - Vacancy Details screen presenting fields in a horizontal order does not giv good UX for lookups

Problem - client thought there was a bug / issue - when in fact, the new nav way of presenting fields (in a horizontal list, rather than vertical), makes lookups appear to be not working.

Their lookup should be picked in an order of Directorate > Team > Contractual Job Title, see attached

They were trying to pick Directorate > Contractual Job Title which makes sense and is how current nav works.

Outcome - Make the Vacancy Details screen have a vertical field listing, and when there is a multi column lookup, should it move from one column to another.
