This is always asked by clients, as the information pulls through from the auth form to the vacancy but documents dont. Many clients use the documents tab for things like JDs and Role Profiles so if they could pull through to vacancy creation as standard this would make sense
docs added to the vacancy auth pulling into vacancy creation was removed years ago as docs that were added to the auth that were internal only were sometimes published externally in error - we had no way of removing from internet when the error was realised. This is queried a lot by clients so something to look after this would be appreciated or some sort of default text explaining why the auth doc isn't in creation.
