Service Desk and clients have no access to reset an offered candidate, who has already been through auth and offer created, back to go through auth again.
A candidate goes through offer auth, is fully authorised and offer is created. The candidate may want changes to what they've been offered and client has to go through auth again - there is no way for this to be done apart from 2nd line resetting.
Would be great if candidate could be reset back to 'further action required' in interview feedback.
